All deliverables created by GitStart for you become your exclusive property. This includes all work created during any trial or proof of concept phase. These deliverables are considered “work made for hire” under US Copyright law, with all intellectual property rights assigned to you.

When you submit ideas or feedback about our Service, you do so without restriction. GitStart may use these ideas without compensation and is not bound by confidentiality for such submissions.

GitStart uses AI tools to enhance our services, including for code review, suggestions, and ticket management.

GitStart Content (excluding your source code) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited license to use our software solely to access the Service as permitted by these Terms.
Open-source components we use may have separate licenses that govern their use. Those licenses supersede these Terms for those specific components.
